RoadLog 66 should be a collectible travel profile, not a surveillance app. Privacy, proof handling, and moderation are product features, not legal afterthoughts.
Visibility controls
Check-ins should support private, followers, public, and delayed posting. Public pages should say visited, not currently here.
Photo proof limits
Photos support a stamp, but EXIF alone is not proof. Production should verify location server-side and strip hidden metadata from public images.
Moderation first
Public photos, comments, business claims, and ads need reporting, review, blocking, and clear community rules.
Clear sponsored labels
Paid placements, affiliate links, rewards, and sponsored challenges must be labeled plainly.
Age boundary
Block or restrict under-13 users unless a compliant parental-consent workflow is intentionally built.
Policies before launch
Privacy policy, terms, content rules, business ad terms, reward terms, and DMCA/contact process need review before public accounts.
